3. Client Responsibilities
Provide complete and accurate patient records (e.g., CBCT scans, STL files).
Ensure uploaded materials are in accepted formats and free of malware.
Attend training sessions on time and follow instructions provided.
4. Payment Terms
Payment must be completed in full before project start unless otherwise agreed.
All training sessions and design services are non-refundable once initiated.
5. Turnaround Time
Standard delivery time for guides and designs is 3 business days.
Expedited service available upon request and with additional fee.
6. Revisions
One revision is included within 5 business days of delivery.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials and digital designs are the property of CADMinds Inc.
Clients may not redistribute, resell, or reuse materials without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
CADMinds Inc is not liable for clinical errors resulting from improper use or communication failures.
Designs are based on the data submitted by the client; any inaccuracies may affect outcome quality.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
All patient data and files are treated confidentially and stored securely.
CADMinds Inc complies with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
10. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
